Vaipi Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the Vaipi platform. By creating an account, playing any game, or logging in to Vaipi, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

Vaipi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms have been written in Bangla for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any legal interpretation, the original English version shall take precedence.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Vaipi, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or IP address, please notify our support team in advance.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Vaipi currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer is also available. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum daily deposit limit is ৳1,00,000.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 3–5 minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Keep the payment reference number provided at the time of deposit — it will be useful if any issues arise.
• Payments made from a third party's name are not accepted. The payment method used must match the name registered on the account.
• Vaipi does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator's charges may apply.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

Once a withdrawal is requested, Vaipi makes every effort to process it within 3–10 minutes. However, verification requirements may extend processing time in some cases.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any balance derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Vaipi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available once only to newly registered members.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 30–50x the bonus amount).
• Bonuses cannot be combined or used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated balance will be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and all balances forfeited.

6Gaming Rules & Fairness

• Game outcomes are entirely random and have no connection to previous spins or bets.
• If a technical error produces an abnormal outcome, Vaipi reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• If your connection drops mid-session, the outcome will be determined based on the server logs.

7Prohibited Activities

The following actions will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or using another person's account.
• Registering with false or misleading information in order to claim bonuses.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform.
• Threatening, abusing, or disrespecting other members or customer service staff.

8Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before proceeding with the closure.

• If Vaipi finds evidence of a terms violation, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
• Accounts that have been self-excluded in response to a Responsible Gaming request will be deactivated for the specified period.
• If an account is terminated and a valid balance remains, Vaipi will consider returning it — however, this does not apply in cases of terms violations.

9Limitation of Liability

Vaipi is an entertainment platform. We strive to deliver the highest quality of service; however, there are certain limitations to our liability:

• Vaipi is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet outages, power failures, or device malfunctions.
• In the event of a disrupted game session caused by a third-party game provider's server issue, only the bet amount will be refunded.
• Any financial losses incurred through gaming are solely the responsibility of the user.

11Dispute Resolution Process
